Information on the current Coronavirus situation
Due to the epidemic, there are various measures, rules and bans.
We are in contact with all organizers and are clarifying which events will be cancelled without substitution, rescheduled at a later date, or will take place. The organizer will decide on a final cancellation and a refund of the tickets. As soon as we receive information whether an event is cancelled or postponed, we will send you an e-mail. Please check your e-mail inbox regularly, including your spam folder. If you have not yet received an email from us, we are either still in discussions with the organizer or the event is taking place. Postponed and cancelled events will be continuously updated on our website www.seetickets.ch.
Important for customers who bought their tickets at a point of sale or whose account does not have an email address: Please check the status of the event on our website or on the website of the organizer.

Registered customers will be notified of a POSTPONEMENT OR OTHER CHANGES as quickly as possible by E-Mail. Information about possible changes can be found here.
