Orders which are already paid cannot be cancelled.

Payment deadlines

The payment must be executed within the specified deadline, to prevent the order being cancelled.

IBAN (payments from abroad): 3 working days

Pay@Kiosk: max. 24 hours. Please pay attention to the payment period mentioned in the confirmation email!

The payment methods invoice and e-invoice are no longer available after 30.08.2022. You can find more details here.

What is a working day?

Working days at See Tickets are Monday to Friday (with the exception of public holidays).
